Job Description

The Content Producer/Designer will track high-level game production plans across various categories such as pre-launch, post-launch, 1st party, and 3rd party projects.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience, with at least 3 in a Game Producer or Designer role
• Experience with one or more shipped titles
• Effective organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proven communication skills for a wide variety of stakeholders
• Experience in hands-on execution and understanding the big picture
• Knowledgeable about Free To Play and/or Live Service Game design and market trends
• Ability to analyze why a feature, mechanic, or system works or doesn’t work for players and suggest improvements
• Capacity to adapt plans and processes quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working on a gaming platform/content library
• Experience with casual/hyper-casual games
• Familiarity with experimentation in games
• Passionate about creating player fun and quality gameplay
