Job Description:
The AI/ML Societal-Civic Implication Research Analyst will partner with AI product development teams to assess product risk and apply mitigations, review product resources, connect with stakeholders, support generative AI products, explore the impact of products on society, conduct AI Principles reviews, work with teams globally, provide holistic perspectives, build awareness of ethical issues, surface insights, and communicate effectively to influence solutions.
Requirements:
Minimum of 4 years relevant work experience, knowledge of societal and/or civic issues, ethics, socio-technical considerations of technology, and Machine Learning algorithms in societal contexts. Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, collaboration, program management, influencing, relationship-building, machine learning, ethical principles, data analysis, and documentation skills. BA/BS degree in Sociology, Anthropology, Ethnography, PoliSci (Or 4 years relevant work experience).
