Job Description

As a Front End Software Engineer, you will be part of a global team responsible for delivering complete frontend sites and products. Your responsibilities will include parsing APIs, building responsive designs, writing reusable code, and collaborating with various teams across the software development lifecycle.

Requirements

The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following:

• Computer Science fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithm design
• 5+ years of professional development experience
• Experience with Agile development under the SCRUM methodology
• Demonstrated achievement in front-end development technologies using JavaScript frameworks, HTML5, CSS3, and advanced JavaScript
• Ability to create reusable and testable modules and pages
• Experience with data interchange formats like JSON or XML
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team

Nice to Have Skills

• Background in Angular, Meteor.js, Bootstrap, Webpack, Node, or Gulp
• Experience in building responsive websites
• Ability to write unit tests using BDD or TDD
• Understanding of databases, platforms, APIs, caching layers, proxies, or other web services
