Job Description
The Technical Lead should have strong development skills in .NET, preferably full stack, with experience in coding in front end technologies like ASP.NET and desirable experience in React/Flutter. They should have worked on at least one UI framework and possess a good understanding of frameworks and design patterns. The candidate should have strong experience in building integration layers with APIs, designing applications from scratch, and a good understanding of RDBMS. Experience with Kubernetes, Microservices, and DevOps concepts is preferred. The candidate should have the ability to lead and motivate a team of 5-10 developers.
Requirements
1. 8+ years of experience in development.
2. Strong development skills in .NET, preferably full stack.
3. Experience with UI frameworks like ASP.NET, Angular, React, or Flutter.
4. Good understanding of frameworks and design patterns (e.g., Factory Pattern, Singleton Pattern).
5. Strong experience in building integration layers with APIs.
6. Experience designing applications from scratch.
7. Good understanding of RDBMS.
8. Understanding of Kubernetes and Microservices (experience preferred).
9. Working understanding of DevOps concepts.
10. Ability to lead, motivate, and guide a team of 5-10 developers.
