Job Description

• Position: Web Designer / Office Department
• PT Position: up to 20hrs per week, max a couple of months, depending on project/ On-site M-F 8:25am – 5:10pm/ Greensboro, NC.
• Safe, Clean, and Dust Free Work Environment
• Compensation: Up to $25 per hour based on experience

Requirements

• WordPress development experience is required.
• Experience with design software (e.g., Photoshop).
• Understanding of UX/UI (user experience/user interface) design.
• Knowledge of SEO (search engine optimization).
• Good visual design sense.
• Experience in responding well to clients’ design requests.
• Creating a suitable color scheme or incorporating the client’s color scheme into the design.
• Coding the site’s navigation.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Designing buttons and other controls for the site
• Creating mock-ups of the site for the client’s approval
• Fixing any functionality issues, including the removal of “dead links”
• Updating and maintaining the site
• Making backup files of the site

• We are only accepting in-state applications. Please do not apply if you reside outside of North Carolina and/or cannot commute to Greensboro, NC on a Monday-Friday basis.
• This is a Contract, Temporary position with payment up to $25.00 per hour.
