Job Description
We are seeking a talented and passionate Artist to join our team. As an Artist, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and contribute to the success of our art gallery. This position requires excellent phone etiquette, strong sales skills, and a passion for art. Duties include creating and displaying artwork, assisting customers in selecting pieces, providing information about artists, conducting product demos, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean gallery space.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a retail or sales environment is preferred
- Knowledge of retail math for pricing and discounts
- Familiarity with technology sales, including tablets and digital displays
- Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages is a plus
- Basic math skills for cash handling
Additional Information
Job Type: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 5 – 15 per week
Benefits: Employee discount, Flexible schedule
Shifts: Day shift, Evening shift, Morning shift
Weekly Day Range: Every weekend, Weekends as needed
Ability to Relocate: Phoenix, AZ: Relocate before starting work (Required)
