Job Description:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Digital Marketing team as a Digital Marketing Manager on a 12 month fixed-term basis. Weâre seeking a talented individual to take a lead role in implementing our firmâs digital marketing strategy and drive growth through effective use of digital channels and platforms. In this role, youâll be at the forefront of our digital efforts, including strategy implementation, campaign execution, providing market awareness and data-driven insights. You will play an integral part in our marketing department, working closely with teams such as Marketing & Communications, Pursuits, and Business Development.
What youâll be doing:
- Take an active lead in executing our firmâs digital marketing strategy.
- Collaborate with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Plan and execute web, SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
- Work closely with our Digital Marketing Executive to maintain brand consistency in messaging and visuals.
- Utilise analytics tools to measure and report campaign performance.
- Assess results against goals (ROI and KPIs) and provide actionable insights.
- Create multi-data source reports using dashboard reporting software for internal stakeholders.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and developments.
- Line management responsibility within the Digital Marketing team.
Requirements:
- Experience of using Content Management Systems (ideally Sitecore and WordPress).
- Experience of Email Marketing Systems including knowledge of split testing, automation sequences and other advanced features.
- Understanding of SEO and PPC methodologies and tools such as SEMRush, Search Console, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Ads.
- Knowledge of CRM, preferably InterAction.
- Reporting dashboard experience e.g. Looker Studio or PowerBI.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics Suite, including GA4 and GTM.
- Strong communicator with experience of managing senior stakeholders.
