Job Description
Wingman is seeking an enthusiastic Android developer to contribute to their social platform app. Responsibilities include delivering high-quality code, collaborating with the design team, identifying problems, fixing bugs, and enhancing the user experience.
The developer will work on refining the existing Kotlin codebase, focusing on improving architecture and user experience. Tools and technologies used include Android Studio, Jetpack Compose, Kotlin, Java, Coroutines, Material3, Retrofit, Mosh, Dagger Hilt, Junit, Firebase, Parse, and more.
Requirements
Required qualifications for the role include a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering, expertise in Android development, a keen eye for detail, knowledge of integrating with backend services, familiarity with push notifications, APIs, and cloud messaging, and experience with continuous integration.
Benefits
Salary range: £30,000.00-£60,000.00 per year. The position offers the flexibility of full-time, part-time, or contract work with a contract length of 12 months. Remote work location with the opportunity to collaborate occasionally in London.
