Job Description

As a Producer in our close-knit team, you will spearhead productions of various tiers from social-first content to TVCs. You will serve as the bridge to clients/agencies & stakeholders, overseeing all crew, schedules, and logistics required for the production.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Overseeing production schedules from start to end.
• Liaising with external vendors to ensure quality and timeliness of work.
• Creating budget estimates and managing allocated working budget.
• Managing crew, project invoices, and project documentation.
• Organising and leading pre-production meetings.
• Sourcing locations, casts, and suppliers based on project briefs.
• Working closely with editors during post-production and meeting timelines.
• Staying updated on latest trends in the media industry.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Strong multitasking abilities, organizational skills, and prioritization skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to modern digital production solutions.
• Past producing experience or passion for the craft.
• Creative, resourceful, and skilled in problem-solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build strong connections and communicate with various project stakeholders.
• Personal interests outside of work.
• Bonus: Driving licence.
