Job Description
The Senior Digital Designer supports the online team and cross-functional departments in developing elevated, on-brand digital designs and experiences for Avon.com. This highly collaborative position in a fast-paced business requires a high level of responsiveness, professionalism, and attention to detail. Responsibilities will include:
- Designing and executing digital creative assets for web, email, paid media, and other marketing projects
- Owning and executing designs for bi-weekly livestream shopping events
- Designing customer-focused UX/UI solutions for new digital products and site enhancements
- Collaborating with e-Commerce and Digital Marketing teams to ensure timely and project-compliant asset delivery
- Assisting in developing design standards and guidelines for cohesive experiences across Avon.com
- Identifying emerging design trends, digital platforms, and competitive landscape
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of design, web production, e-commerce, or related experience in beauty/fashion/jewelry/home industries
- Deep expertise in using Adobe Creative Suite and designing assets in Figma
- Strong understanding of UX, UI, interface, e-commerce site design, and creation of brand design systems
- Retouching skills are a plus
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and efficiently
- Ability to present an online portfolio showcasing composition and layout design with strong typography and high-end photography

Pay: $60.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
