Job Description
As the Director of Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads. Enhance online conversion rates, organic traffic through SEO, and optimize paid search efficiency.
Requirements
Proven experience in conversion optimization, paid search, and SEO, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment. Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data. Marketing savvy with the ability to effectively communicate with manufacturers and internal stakeholders. Demonstrated success in growing conversions and optimizing paid search campaigns. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and drive results under pressure. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.

- Salary range: Annual base compensation of $175,000 - $225,000
