Job Description
The PHP developer with .Net experience role is based in Philadelphia, PA (must be local or within 1 hour). The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of PHP web frameworks like CodeIgniter, experience with front-end technologies, object-oriented PHP programming, database technologies, and code versioning tools. They must be able to solve complex performance problems, follow industry best practices, and contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle.
Requirements
The candidate should have a BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related field. They must have solid verbal and written communication skills, the ability to interact with various levels of business stakeholders, and be proficient in working with large applications. In addition, familiarity with .Net development, Linux OS, virtual machines, REST APIs, and understanding of scalability and security principles are preferred. Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, unit testing, and creating technical/design documents is required.
