Job Description:

We are seeking a talented freelance photographer to join our team in Kansas City. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in various types of photography, including but not limited to concerts, sports, and other events.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their photography needs and creative vision.
• Use Photo Mechanic, Lightroom, and other editing software to enhance and retouch photographs as needed.
• Manage and organize digital files, maintaining a structured and efficient workflow.
• Stay updated with industry trends and techniques to continually improve skills and deliver exceptional results.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Photo Mechanic, Lightroom, and other editing software.
• Strong understanding of photography principles, including composition, lighting, and color theory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Own professional-grade camera equipment and accessories (Canon preferred).
• Prior experience in freelance photography or related fields is preferred.

Pay: $50.00 - $100.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 – 20 per week

Compensation package: Commission pay
