Back-End Developer is needed in Miami, United States.

Location: Remote

Contract: Temporary, Full-time

Job Description:

• Develop software solutions analyzing information needs, systems flow, data usage, and work processes
• Deploy, manage, and scale applications within Kubernetes environments
• Utilize GitOps methodologies for continuous deployment
• Integrate monitoring and metrics solutions within Kubernetes and microservice architectures
• Design and implement backend systems based on microservices architecture
• Conduct systems analysis and make recommendations for improvements
• Promote best practices, coding conventions, and execute tests
• Contribute to technical documentation and process improvements
• Update job knowledge by staying current with state-of-the-art tools and techniques

Requirements:

• 5-7+ years of industry experience in programming web applications, mobile, and/or large-scale enterprise products
• Expertise in Kubernetes (k8s) Deployment and Management
• Solid Understanding of Microservices Design Patterns
• Experience with SQL, relational databases, and Go programming language
• Familiarity with SDLC, Agile methodology, and DevOps principles
• Detailed-oriented, professional, and possess a positive work attitude
• Excellent communication skills

Other Information:

• Working understanding of the Staffing/Recruiting, Private Equity (PE) and/or Venture Capital (VC) landscape preferred
• Bias for action, ability to prioritize competing objectives, attention to detail, and critical thinking skills
• High growth startup experience is a plus
