Job Description

Realync is seeking Independent Contractors to join our Nationwide Independent Contractor Network to create video content at apartment communities around your area for our growing multifamily technology company. Responsibilities include recording, editing, and publishing content at assigned properties per contracted specifications using the Realync app and provided equipment.

Requirements

Candidates should have previous Realync experience or relevant video creation experience, strong accountability, organization, and interpersonal skills. Must be able to work independently, prioritize site visits, and demonstrate punctuality and professionalism at all times. Completion of Realync Training Course for content creation is required. Reliable transportation or use of public transit for site visits is necessary.

Other Information

  • This is a contract role with compensation per job rate.
  • Travel expenses are not reimbursed unless approved for specific projects.
  • Contractors may not be currently employed by a Realync client.
  • Training compensation is provided upon completion of the first site visit.
