Job Description
The Digital Marketing Lead will be responsible for overseeing Wellcome’s digital marketing efforts, managing relationships with agencies, and ensuring digital marketing aligns with overall communication plans. This role will also involve managing the Direct Marketing Manager and CRM Specialist, along with leading a team to optimize their skills and capabilities.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have demonstrable experience in digital marketing and managing multiple campaigns simultaneously. They should possess strong relationship-building skills, previous line management experience, ability to work under deadlines, passion for digital marketing, comfort with new technologies, and a data-driven mindset.
