Job Description:
The Senior UI/UX Designer will be responsible for gathering and evaluating user requirements, illustrating design ideas, designing graphic user interface elements, building navigation buttons, developing UI mockups and prototypes, creating original graphic designs, presenting drafts to teams, troubleshooting UX problems, and adjusting layouts based on feedback.
Requirements:
Requirements for the role include:
- 7 years of proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
- Experience with wireframe tools like Wireframe.cc and InVision
- Proficiency in design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Experience with web-based applications and federal programs like SNAP
- Knowledge of designing applications using social services products and dashboards using Power BI
- Experience with Agile development and low code no code technologies like Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and Shift Left testing
