Job Description

As a Senior 3D Experience Designer at Momentum, you will be responsible for creating and delivering high-quality audience experiences for clients across various platforms. This includes consumer brand experiences, B2B conferences, in-store shopper activations, and events. You will collaborate with cross-departmental teams to conceptualize, design, and execute projects to meet client needs and budgets. Additionally, you will mentor junior designers and contribute to the growth of the design team.

Requirements

Audience Journey Mapping: Apply human-centric design principles to create intuitive and seamless audience experiences.

Pushing the Creative Boundaries: Demonstrate exceptional design skills, think creatively, and explore innovative ideas.

3D Design & Visualization: Utilize advanced technical knowledge of 3D software to design engaging experiences and share expertise with the team.

Presentation Skills & Storytelling: Clearly articulate design thinking through verbal, written, and visual communication.

Ideation to Execution: Lead project stages to ensure high-quality delivery, from creative concepts to sustainable build solutions.

Mentor and Manage: Provide guidance to junior team members and contribute to their professional growth.
