Job Description

• Developing compelling social media concepts and copy for various social media channels
• Applying nuance and optimization in creating content for each social platform
• Understanding tactics to drive consumer awareness, engagement, and click-through
• Creating messaging catering to different stages of a messaging funnel
• Researching cultural shifts, trends, and fan-bases for actionable takeaways
• Reviewing, editing, and revising social media brand guidelines
• Collaborating with designers, art directors, and marketing partners
• Elevating the quality of the company’s social media presence globally

Requirements

• 5+ years of organic social media experience
• Experience working with international brands in fast-paced environments
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices
• Portfolio showcasing national brand work
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Experience working with external agencies and vendors

Additional Information

• Location: Newark, NJ
• Pay: $80.00 per hour
• Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
