Job Description:

• Next Door Photos (NDP) focuses on real estate photography, video, aerials, and more. They value fun, community service, and delivering top-quality products and customer experiences.
• Media Pros are independent contractors capturing media, earning based on services provided, such as photos, video, floor plans, etc. They are responsible for media capture and upload, while NDP handles the rest.
• The role offers flexible hours, room for growth in various media types, and the potential for increased earnings through product certification and availability.
• Media Pros can shoot up to 6 properties a day with each property taking 40-90 minutes to capture.

Requirements:

• Proficient photographers, videographers, and certified Part 107 drone pilots preferred.
• No real estate photography experience necessary; training provided on all NDP products.
• Must interact professionally with clients, be punctual, dress professionally, upload media timely, maintain flexibility, and drive to various locations.
• Follow NDP shoot standards, communicate effectively with clients, and stay in touch with the team via email, text, and calls.
• Must study for Part 107 certification, receive regular feedback/training, and maintain high-quality work.

Equipment List:

• Required equipment for Media Pros includes a DSLR or mirrorless camera with a wide-angle lens, external flash, tripod, transportation, and high-speed internet.
• Other equipment for NDP’s offerings provided by the local owner.

• Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
