Job Description
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related IT field, with at least five (5) years of programmer/analyst experience in software development. They should possess expertise in analyzing business applications, designing specifications, developing logic flow charts, translating designs into software, testing, debugging, and documenting software. Additionally, they need to provide technical direction to programmers, participate in the software development life cycle, and have knowledge in Oracle Forms, Transact-SQL, PL/SQL, and other related technologies.
Requirements
The candidate should have 5 years of experience designing and maintaining custom web applications using .Net, React, HTML, and CSS, as well as building secure web applications and microservices. They should have experience in SQL, presenting application architecture, Agile methodologies, and building CI/CD pipelines. Excellent communication skills, familiarity with FISMA security review, and experience in understanding large software systems to isolate defects are also essential.
