Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Digital Marketing Assistant to support our marketing agency by assisting in various tasks such as administrative duties, market research, content creation, and client relationship management. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a crucial role in our marketing initiatives.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Skills: In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques, proficiency in MS Office and marketing software, understanding of HubSpot CRM tools, Wix, and Google Analytics, ability to multitask, meet deadlines, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and knowledge of office management.

Experience: 2 years with HubSpot required. Certifications in HubSpot Marketing Software and Sales Software are necessary.

Schedule: Part-time, no more than 32.5 hours per week. Flexible schedule with paid time off.

Shift: Day shift with remote work location.
