Job Description:
- Quickly analyze and troubleshoot production issues
- Suggest improvements for applications and systems
- Translate ideas into technical solutions
- Understand software quality assurance principles
- Drive teams towards high performance and quality craftsmanship
Requirements:
- 10+ years of software development experience for large-scale platforms
- 5+ years of Java development experience, preferably with Java 17/Springboot3
- 5+ years of building public and internal REST APIs
- 2+ years of experience with APM tools like Dynatrace, Splunk, etc.
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, and Bitbucket, with Launch Darkly experience preferred
Additional Information:
- Digital banking experience is preferred but not required
- Agile environment experience is a plus
- Experience working on Mac laptops
- Raise is a B Corporation donating 10% of profits to charity
