Job Description

Ignite Technical Resources is seeking a Senior Fullstack Developer for a 12-month contract opportunity with a healthcare applications project in Richmond, BC. The successful candidate will join a new DevOps pod within the client’s development team.

The Senior Fullstack Developer will be responsible for high complexity work, supporting team delivery and continuous improvement, mentoring, and promoting a collaborative culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or STEM
• 6-9 years of software development experience
• 4+ years of experience with agile methodologies and cloud, in a DevOps environment
• 3+ years of experience with Angular 8 and above, preferably Angular 12+ plus NgRx
• 1 year of experience in an unofficial technical leadership position
• Experience in leading the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Stack with technologies and frameworks like .Net, C#, JavaScript, SQL, JQuery, HTML, CSS, XUnit, NUnit, Entity Framework, TDD, Regis Cache, Git

Nice-to-Haves

• Holds Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) training and certification like SAFe Practitioner, or commitment to obtain certification within 2 months
• Exposure to microservices is preferred
