Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Designer on a fixed term contract 6-9 months to produce and oversee digital and print creative solutions for Fine & Country and The Guild of Property Professionals. This role involves in-depth knowledge of graphic design, overseeing marketing projects from conception to production, and ensuring high-quality deliverables on tight deadlines. The role will mainly be remote with occasional visits to the London office.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all design projects from conception to delivery.
• Lead and manage the design process ensuring projects are completed on time.
• Create visually appealing designs for digital and print mediums.
• Review and provide feedback on designs from other team members.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing projects.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines.
• Stay updated with industry trends and design software for continuous improvement.

Requirements & Skills:

• Excellent portfolio showcasing design projects across various mediums.
• Proven work experience as a Senior Designer or similar role.
• Ability to think creatively and align design solutions with business objectives.
• Hands-on experience with image editing software like Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Proficiency in design software including Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Understanding of design principles, typography, and layout design.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work consistently.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven leadership abilities and mentorship skills.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with teams.
