Job Description

This role involves collaborating with the design team to develop creative concepts and solutions for both print and digital media. Responsibilities include creating visually compelling graphics, illustrations, and layouts using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign, as well as designing user interfaces, prototypes, and wireframes for digital platforms using Figma. The role also involves contributing to brainstorming sessions, ensuring designs align with brand guidelines, staying updated on industry trends, and managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Requirements

The preferred qualifications for this role include a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent industry experience. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, is required. Experience with digital prototyping tools such as Figma is preferred, along with a strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles for both digital and print media. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong digital portfolio demonstrating the required skills are also necessary.

Additional Information

The position is based in the Manchester office, working full-time on a 12-month contract with potential for extension. The Marketing organization consists of different teams including Communications, Field Marketing, Product Marketing, Developer Engagement, Partner Alliances, and Demand Generation, with Creative Services currently embedded in the Demand Generation team.
