Job Description:

ThrifthBooks is seeking an Operations Analyst to join their Innovations Team. This role will involve designing and implementing process improvements in ecommerce operations, collaborating with the software development group on operations projects, and enhancing production and fulfillment efficiency, accuracy, and safety through improved methods and equipment.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have experience with financial analysis, data analysis, SQL, time management, and a strong understanding of the link between analysis and business impact. Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint is required, along with excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Candidates with an Industrial Engineering Degree or Equivalent are preferred, as well as experience managing software development projects using Agile methodology.

Additional Information:

• Pay: $75,000 - $90,000/year
• Travel: 25% - 60% travel depending on business needs
• Location: Hybrid role, working in Processing Centers & remote (residing in AZ, TX, IL, GA, or MD)
