Job Description:
A client is seeking an experienced contractor to work on a hotel interiors project from 23/05/24 to 12/07/24. The role involves applying a global design concept to sample properties, developing spatial experiences, touchpoints, and designs related to the global concept.
Requirements:
- Must have own software licenses for Sketchup + Vray 5
- Ability to visit SW9 office 2x a week ideal
- Capable of taking concepts from development to technical drawings
- Good communication skills and experience in a multi-disciplinary practice
- Proficiency in programs like Slack, Figma, and Adobe Suite
Outside IR35
Pay rate: Up to £350/day
