Job Description

We have a great opportunity for someone to help us update our web design, focusing primarily on mobile optimization on our inventory and careers pages. A complete overhaul is not needed at this time, but we hope that this project will be just the beginning, in assisting us with our future web design needs.

Our customers appreciate a website that’s easy to navigate, but it doesn’t need to be overly flashy. Our focus needs to be on building industry leading trucks…and we will leave the web design to you!

Looking to hire as “project based” for right now, but if you’re a good fit, we would definitely have other work for you. You don’t need to be in Akron, OH, but at least in the same time zone.

Requirements

Experience:

To be considered, candidates must have experience with CSS/HTML, PHP Framework (Code Igniter Preferred), and MySQL database. We want to make the website optimized for mobile, do some visual improvements, as well as update our photo gallery options (think photo carousels for online car dealerships).

We also use cPanel and WHM for web management, HostGator for hosting, and GoDaddy for domains. Experience with the aforementioned platforms are highly preferred.

Additionally, our preference is for you to make edits on sourcetree, so that we can just pull down your edited files.

We are looking for dependable, critical thinkers, with problem solving capabilities, who can help make our web experience more user friendly, in the areas that matter to us most.
