Job Description:

Next Door Photos (“NDP”) is seeking professional, reliable, and talented Media Pros to deliver real estate photography, video, aerials, and 3D modeling services. The Media Pro position offers flexible hours and opportunities for increasing photography and media experience, with earning potential tied to product certification and scheduling availability. Media Pros are responsible for capturing and uploading media, while NDP handles the rest. They can capture up to 6 properties a day with each property taking 40-90 minutes to capture. This role is part-time, and Media Pros are paid on a per-service basis.

Requirements:

• Professional interaction with clients and homeowners
• Punctuality and flexibility for shoots in various locations
• Dressing professionally on the job
• Uploading media before 9PM on the day of the shoot
• Maintaining an up-to-date Google calendar of availability
• Driving up to 30-40% of the workday
• Consistently following NDP standards for high-quality deliverables
• Effective communication with clients during shoots
• Regular communication with the Local Owner and clients via email, text, and phone
• Ability to obtain Part 107 drone certification
• Receiving regular feedback/training on NDP standards

Equipment List:

• Digital SLR (or mirrorless) camera with a wide-angle lens
• External flash, tripod, ball head attachment
• Reliable transportation and high-speed internet
