Job Description

We’re seeking a Senior UX Designer to shape experiences for the UK’s largest supermarket, crafting intuitive solutions for millions of shoppers. Responsibilities include leading UX processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, championing human-centered design, and delivering high-quality designs using our digital design system.

Requirements

Applicants should have a well-curated portfolio in web and app design, experience in customer-facing environments, proficiency in end-to-end design processes, interaction design skills, knowledge of accessibility standards, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various disciplines. Proficiency with design tools like Figma and Miro, self-motivation, strong communication skills, and a background in the retail sector are advantageous.
