Job Description

Realty Studios is seeking talented freelance photographers to join their team to provide visual solutions for various property types. The role involves conducting site visits and capturing high-quality photographs of properties, both residential and commercial, to meet the company’s quality standards.

Requirements

• Availability Monday to Friday between 7 AM - 5 PM, weekends availability appreciated
• Personal transportation for site visits
• High resolution camera (mirrorless preferred) and wide angle lens
• Experience with flash photography and Flambient photography
• Proficiency in property photography and familiarity with software like Photoshop and Lightroom
• Experience with laser measuring devices
• Commitment to punctuality, professionalism, and client-focused approach
• Prior professional photography experience is an asset

Availability

Minimum commitment of 3 days per week, ideally between 9 am to 7 pm. Candidates with open availability are preferred due to varying assignment frequencies.

Compensation

Payment is per site visit, considering distance traveled and intricacies of the assignment.
