Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and creative Social Media Content Creator to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment, are passionate about social causes, and excel in creating engaging content for digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Capture high-quality photos and videos for social media content, focusing on storytelling and brand identity.
• Edit videos for various social media platforms, including reels, IGTV, and Facebook Stories.
• Develop compelling and authentic captions that resonate with the audience and align with the brand values.
• Schedule and publish content using social media scheduling tools.
• Provide live event coverage, including capturing behind-the-scenes moments and conducting interviews.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm content ideas and strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in social media content creation, preferably for purpose-driven brands or nonprofit organizations.
• Proficiency in photography and videography, including knowledge of composition, lighting, and editing techniques.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to craft engaging captions and storytelling narratives.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and their respective best practices (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, etc.).
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Passion for social causes and a genuine desire to make a positive impact through your work.
