Job Description

Peak Play, a social media platform for content creators, is seeking a talented iOS App Developer (Co-Founder) to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining iOS applications that deliver superior performance, usability, and reliability. This position will start as part-time remote with potential for full-time in person.

Requirements

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Develop clean, efficient, and maintainable code in Swift for iOS platforms
• Implement UI/UX designs to create intuitive user interfaces
• Integrate with external APIs, databases, and third-party libraries to enhance functionality
• Optimize application performance for various devices and screen sizes
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure reliability and stability
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in iOS development
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and plan development tasks
• Update and maintain existing software for compliance

Other Information

• Compensation: 5 units of equity that vest upon completion of a key task (equivalent to ~5% equity). Later, full-time in-person role eligible for a $100,000 salary
• Expected Hours: 14 hours per week during the part-time remote stage
• Location: California (Preferred), Work Location: Remote
