Job Description
This role is for a part-time position at 0.5FTE in the Computer Science department at UCL. Responsibilities include designing learning algorithms, implementing them, conducting ML experiments, developing high-quality software, collaborating with industry partners, and disseminating knowledge to the insurance industry.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in computer science, expertise in machine learning algorithms, proficiency in designing and implementing learning algorithms, conducting ML experiments, excellent software development skills, and strong communication and collaboration skills. Technical proficiency, problem-solving abilities, and interpersonal skills are key for success in this role.
Other Information
Salary: Grade 6B £37,332-£39,980 (Grade 7 £42,099–£50,585) pro rata inclusive of London Allowance. The role is funded until 31/01/2025 initially.
