Job Description

This role at RSM involves working within the consulting marketing team to develop and implement the national marketing and communications strategy for Consulting’s Finance Function Support solution. The individual will collaborate with different teams to ensure the successful execution of marketing plans and activities. Responsibilities include creating integrated campaigns, managing stakeholder relationships, leading on campaigns and communications, overseeing social media activity, and contributing to the growth strategy.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have strong marketing and business development experience, particularly in lead generation marketing and campaign management. They should possess solid knowledge of marketing fundamentals and business development, preferably within a professional services setting. Excellent communication skills, ability to work with individuals at all levels, commercial understanding, project management experience, proactive and self-motivated attitude, ability to work in a team, and the capacity to manage work independently are essential qualities.
