Job Description

This Photographer Level 3 role requires expertise in photography and video capture, including using lighting instruments, file formats, and video codecs. Responsibilities include directing photography and video sets, working with clients, and ensuring quality control of all items. The position involves collaborating with project managers and creative staff, executing images and videos per specific guidelines, and providing innovative solutions within client constraints.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in e-commerce photography and video production
• Portfolio showcasing commercial photography and video work
• Proficiency in Mac operating systems, production workflow management tools, and software such as Capture One, Adobe Premiere, and Microsoft Office
• Expertise in using Canon, PhaseOne, Profoto lighting, and other camera equipment
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, work independently, and communicate effectively
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle changes in workload
• Physical aptitude for standing for extended hours, handling equipment, and occasional lifting

Other Information

• Travel requirement: up to 10% of the time
• No direct supervisory responsibilities but expected to lead knowledge-sharing and training
• Must be able to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation
• The work environment includes working on a studio floor, handling equipment, and occasional low-light conditions
