JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Digital Merchandising & Insights Specialist will be responsible for developing Oakley & Costa apparel, footwear, accessories, goggles, and helmets categories on Amazon. This role involves optimizing digital product content, enhancing consumer experiences, and providing insights for the Amazon AFA marketplace.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain product knowledge of Luxottica’s brand portfolio
• Complete online item setup forms for Amazon
• Create new product listings for Oakley and Costa products
• Manage and optimize current catalog listings
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams for content development
• Write online brand and product copy for retail partners
• Ensure product information completeness and optimization on Amazon
• Enhance digital shelf presence through analytics
• Address consumer inquiries about products

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
• 2-3 years of merchandising, e-commerce, or content management experience
• 1-2 years of Amazon platform experience
• 2-3 years of copy-writing and editing experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs and macros

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in optical or retail industry
• Strong understanding of retail environment and consumer behavior
• Strategic, analytical, and creative thinker
• Knowledge of marketplace management, particularly Amazon

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

• Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
• Pay: From $38,270.00 per year
• Payment frequency: Paid weekly
• Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday
• Work Location: Hybrid remote in New York, NY 10018
