Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced User Experience Designer to join our team. As a User Experience Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging digital experiences that meet the needs of our users. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements and translate them into innovative design solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define user requirements and project goals
  • Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate the intended user experience
  • Develop and maintain design guidelines and standards to ensure consistency across products
  • Conduct user acceptance testing to validate design solutions
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in user experience design

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of product development processes and methodologies
  • Experience designing for e-commerce platforms and mobile devices
  • Proficiency in data visualization techniques
  • Ability to analyze user feedback and iterate on designs accordingly
  • Familiarity with user acceptance testing methodologies
  • Solid understanding of experience design principles and best practices
  • Proficiency in using design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma
  • Experience with A/B testing and using tools like Adobe Target is a plus
  • Knowledge of designing for mobile applications is highly desirable

Additional Information:

The job type is a contract position with a pay rate of $50.00 - $60.00 per hour. Benefits include 401(k), dental insurance, and health insurance. The schedule is an 8-hour shift and the work location is in person.
