Job Description

Andromeda Systems Incorporated (ASI) is seeking talented database developers in the Jacksonville office for an agile development project focusing on microservices architecture, .Net, Angular, and SQL. ASI develops enterprise software for physical asset managers in sectors such as the Department of Defense and commercial fleet operators. The role involves using cutting-edge technologies like .Net, Angular, and SQL in a collaborative work environment with a group of skilled peers.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing systems-level database architectures and interfaces
• Providing architectural frameworks, design, and development leadership
• Developing complex database structures in MS SQL environments
• Ensuring adherence to database architecture guidelines during application development
• Writing and reviewing technical specifications and documentation
• Collaborating with other technical teams for successful project delivery using an agile approach

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline
• 4 years of experience with MS SQL database architectures and development
• Senior-level knowledge of software engineering best practices
• Proficient in MS SQL queries, stored procedures, T-SQL, SSIS, and SSRS
• Excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in MS SQL Server, Database Development, BI Development, and/or Data Management & Analytics
• Application development experience in asset management, logistics, reliability-centered maintenance, or fleet management
