Job Description

We are looking for a mid-level developer to join our expanding development team in an agile environment using Kanban methodology. Responsibilities will include developing microservices, web, API, and server applications for internal systems, requirements analysis, systems documentation, testing, and providing innovative solutions while supporting existing applications.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience using Microsoft Development Stack including MVC and .Net Core.
• Experience with SQL Server 2019, Windows Server 2019, Microsoft Windows 10.
• Understanding of source control, Azure DevOps/GIT is advantageous.
• Familiarity with standard project life cycle processes.
• Strong interpersonal skills with peers, users, and third parties.

Desirable Skills

• 3 years of experience with front and back-end development.
• Experience in app development using Xamarin/Maui, MS App Centre.
• Proven ability to work in complex technical environments.

Other Accountabilities

• Designing software considering efficiency and supportability.
• Creating and maintaining databases according to company standards.
• Ensuring coding follows company standards and is well-structured.
• Participating in system changes, unit testing, and training internal customers in using new software.
• Managing small projects, staying informed on industry IT developments and company IT strategy.
• Coaching other team members in technical skills.
