Job Description

We are seeking a talented and creative Web Designer to join our team. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing visually appealing and user-friendly websites. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging digital experiences that meet our clients’ needs.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop responsive websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing graphics and layouts
• Conduct user research to understand user needs and preferences
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas
• Implement design changes based on feedback from stakeholders
• Optimize websites for speed and performance
• Ensure websites are accessible and adhere to web standards and best practices
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Web Designer or similar role
• Proficient in web development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Strong graphic design skills with an eye for aesthetics and attention to detail
• Experience with React, SCSS, AJAX, Telerik, and MailChimp is a plus
• Familiarity with usability principles and user-centered design
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Additional Information

• All positions must be paid including internship positions
• Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
• Pay: $25.93 - $28.71 per hour
• Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
• Benefits: Dental insurance, Health insurance
• Schedule: 8-hour shift
