Job Description

Fidelity TalentSource is sourcing for a UX Designer to work in regional locations such as Boston Massachusetts, Merrimack New Hampshire, Smithfield Rhode Island. As a member of the User Experience Design team, you will collaborate with an agile squad to deliver experiences for Wealth Management customers. Your responsibilities will include bringing business ideas to life through various design tasks, facilitating idea generation techniques, and contributing to valuable customer experiences.

Requirements

• An undergraduate or graduate degree is preferred, or a certificate in user experience design.
• Experience in working with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience in high-level strategy to crafting visual design details.
• Mentoring ability and willingness to work across teams.
• Demonstrated ability to design and build digital experiences.
• A digital portfolio for review.
• A passion for design and producing meaningful work.
• Diverse design skills including visual design, information architecture, prototyping, front-end coding, etc.
• Understanding of Lean UX principles and design systems value.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
• Enthusiasm for continuous learning and teaching.
• Desire to improve existing designs, invent new experiences, and outperform competitors.
• Joy in the design process.

Additional Information

This role is part of the User Experience Design chapter supporting various business units at Fidelity Investments. The role involves working within an agile squad in the retail business, with reporting to a UX Chapter Leader.
