Job Description
As a Lead Frontend Developer, you will be responsible for creating reusable and scalable frontend components using React, Next JS, Tailwind, and Storybook. You will need a good knowledge of composable architectures, web standards, design systems, web performance, and unit testing. Experience with micro frontend methodologies and Next JS 13+ with monorepos is advantageous. Your responsibilities will include creating a component library, maintaining code quality standards, producing high-quality code, and leading frontend development teams on complex projects.
Requirements
- Expert understanding of JavaScript and TypeScript, including React
- Deep understanding of web standards, semantic HTML, and design systems
- Experience with CSS, Tailwind, and Figma design tokens
- Familiarity with Storybook, Next JS, and microservices architectures
- Knowledge of web performance metrics and developer tooling
- Understanding of caching and security considerations in composable architectures
- Exposure to monorepo deployment patterns
