Job Description:

This role is a Fixed Term Contract until February 2025. As a Lead Frontend Developer, you will be responsible for creating reusable and scalable frontend components using React, Next JS, Tailwind, and Storybook. You should have a good knowledge of composable architectures, web standards, design systems, web performance, and unit testing. Experience with micro frontend methodologies and Next JS 13+ with monorepos is advantageous.

Requirements:

- Expert understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and CSS including Tailwind. - Deep understanding of web standards, semantic HTML, and design systems. - Familiarity with Figma design tokens and atomic design principles. - Proficiency in web performance metrics like TTI, LCP, and Core Web Vitals. - Strong knowledge of Storybook, automated developer tooling, and Next JS platform. - Experience with microservices, micro frontend architectures, and headless CMS. - Ability to deconstruct user interfaces into reusable components in complex systems. - Understanding of caching, security considerations, and monorepo deployment pattern.
