Job Description

We are seeking a talented and creative game artist to join our team and work on a casual mobile game project. The game artist will play a crucial role in bringing our game concept to life through visually appealing and engaging artwork.

The project aims to create an engaging and entertaining experience that challenges players while offering a unique blend of gameplay mechanics and art style.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 2D game art assets such as characters, backgrounds, animations, and UI elements.
• Collaborate with the game development team to ensure art assets align with the game’s vision and design.
• Iterate on artwork based on feedback and make necessary revisions to meet project requirements.
• Maintain consistency in art style throughout the game.

Requirements

• Proficiency in 2D art and animation software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of color theory, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Experience in creating art for mobile games, with a portfolio showcasing relevant work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills.
• Passion for games and a keen eye for detail.

Additional Information

This is a remote freelance position with a flexible schedule. The project timeline is estimated to be 3-6 months, depending on the scope of work. Compensation will be based on experience and negotiated with the selected candidate.
