Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and charismatic TikTok Livestream Host to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for hosting live sessions on TikTok, engaging with our audience, promoting our brand, and driving viewer interaction. You will be the face of our TikTok channel, creating compelling content that attracts viewers and encourages participation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Host Live Streams: Conduct entertaining and interactive live streams on TikTok.
• Engage Viewers: Actively communicate with viewers through comments and live chat.
• Promote Products/Services: Introduce and highlight our products, services, or special offers during live streams.
• Ensure Technical Quality: Set up and manage live stream technical aspects, ensuring high-quality audio, video, and lighting.
• Stay Current with Trends: Monitor and incorporate popular TikTok trends, challenges, and hashtags into your live content.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hosting live streams, preferably on TikTok or other social media platforms.
• Excellent verbal communication with a lively and engaging on-screen presence.
• Basic understanding of live streaming tools and setup, including lighting and sound.
• Familiarity with TikTok trends and a knack for integrating them into content.
• Availability for flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate live stream schedules.

Compensation Description

The salary range for this position in the selected city is $60,000 - $90,000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives/restricted stock units.
