Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Medical Writer to join our team. As a Medical Writer, your primary role will be to collaborate with healthcare professionals to create scientific documents that explain various aspects of healthcare and related technology to a wide range of audiences.
- Produce clear, accurate, and concise written content related to healthcare and medical topics.
- Collaborate and conduct interviews with subject matter experts, healthcare leaders, and providers about medical breakthroughs.
- Translate complex medical information into understandable and accessible formats, ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines and ethical standards.
- Identify industry trends by reviewing related literature searches.
- Ensure that documents adhere to the organization’s writing guidelines and are appropriately stored and organized.
- Provide guidance for medical writing processes, standards, and initiatives.
- Maintain a library of documentation, cataloging it for internal use.
- Utilize AI and other necessary tools to create higher quality content efficiently.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- At least 3+ years of writing experience in the healthcare industry.
- Extensive experience in using AI and grammar tools to produce more efficient and high-quality work.
- Extensive knowledge of medical terminologies.
- Experience in managing and organizing multiple types of content.
- Experience fact-checking medical claims against published sources.
- Strong understanding of clinical research and regulatory requirements.
- Proven ability to research, understand, and interpret medical/scientific data.
- Knowledgeable in content versioning using Google Workspace and other tools.

Schedule: Monday- Friday (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST)
