Job Description

TINY HERO is a creative agency specializing in crafting high-end movie trailers, TV spots, and social content for major studios, networks, and brands. We are looking for a passionate and talented entry-level Motion Graphic Designer to join our apprenticeship program. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile projects in Hollywood and learn from industry experts.

This role will involve shadowing professional motion designers, assisting in the creation of graphics for trailers and TV promos, and revising graphics based on feedback. The position will be based at our studio in Burbank, California.

Requirements

  • Willingness to work on-site at our studio in Burbank, California.
  • Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Knowledge of Cinema 4D or other 3D software is a plus.
  • Demonstrated creative design skills through a reel or samples of work.
  • Ability to collaborate, take direction, and receive feedback professionally.
  • Passion for staying updated on the latest trends in film and TV marketing.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to high-quality standards.
  • Willingness to work occasional overtime hours as needed.
  • Graphic design experience of 2 years and motion design experience of 1 year preferred.

  • Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
  • Pay: $17.00 per hour
  • Schedule: 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday with potential for overtime
  • Location: Burbank, California
  • Remote work: Not available
  • Candidates must relocate to Burbank, CA before starting work
