Job Description

The resource will support the development and maintenance of applications used in the bank’s contact center. The applications handle voice calls and provide self-service options for customers, integrating various microservices in the backend to enhance customer experience. Agile development approach with two-week sprint cycles. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining backend microservices primarily using Python, handling integrations and execution of various microservices, and working on Business As Usual tasks to keep the system operational.

Requirements

5 to 10 years of experience as a Python developer. Strong experience with AWS services like API Gateway, S3, etc. Knowledge of active-active deployments, cloud architecture, serverless architectures, and frameworks. Familiarity with frontend frameworks considered beneficial.
